Sasayama Castle Paper Model In 1/150 Scale - By Neko Higeya



Created by Japanese designer Ryo, from Neko Higeya website, this is the paper model version in 1/150 scale of the Sasayama Castle, located in Sasayama, Hyōgo, Japan. The construction was begun by the order of Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1608, and it was completed in six months. Almost all of the buildings in the castle were destroyed after the Meiji Restoration, except for the Ōshoin (Grand Hall). However, the Ōshoin was destroyed during a firebombing air raid by American forces in 1944. The castle was totally reconstructed in 2000.


Criado pelo designer japonês Ryo, do site Neko Higeya, esta é a versão em papel na escala 1/150 do Castelo de Sasayama, localizado em Sasayama, Hyogo, Japão. A construção foi iniciada por ordem do Shogum Tokugawa Ieyasu em 1608, e foi concluída em seis meses. Quase todos os edifícios originais do castelo foram destruídos após a Reforma Meiji, com exceção do Grandshoin (Grande Hall), no entanto, este também foi foi destruído durante o bombardeio das forças americanas em 1944.
